These Terms of Service govern your use of https://nurkivo.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through Nurkivo. In these Terms, “Nurkivo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operating under the storefront display company name Haikou Lianluo Trading Co., Ltd., with the registered address at Room A206, Unit 1, Building 2, Jinyu Shijia, Renmin Avenue, Haidian Subdistrict, Meilan District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, China.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

If local law requires you to have reached a certain age to enter into a binding contract, you may place an order only if you meet that requirement or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as permitted by law.

2. Account Information

If the Site allows customer accounts, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

3. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and other information accurately. However, display settings and photography can affect how colors or details appear, and minor non-material differences may occur. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you with an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

Product availability may change without notice. Listing a product on the Site does not guarantee that it will remain available.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may send an automated order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Unless applicable law states otherwise, that acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or legal or regulatory requirements. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Prices, Taxes, Duties, and Payment

Prices are displayed on the Site or during checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or similar charges may apply depending on the destination and the information shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers made available through the storefront. We do not claim that any specific payment provider or payment method is available unless it is actually shown at checkout.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply depending on destination law and checkout disclosures. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient. Any mandatory consumer disclosures or local-law requirements take priority.

6. Processing and Shipping

Our proposed order-processing period is 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Our proposed estimated transit period is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery time can vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, remote-area service, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Available destinations and shipping methods are determined by the options presented at checkout. Shipping fees are the actual fees shown at checkout. We do not promise worldwide delivery or a free-shipping threshold unless the Site expressly shows one.

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us at service@nurkivo.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or the order has been handed to a carrier.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

8. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting service@nurkivo.com. A cancellation request is not guaranteed if fulfillment has progressed or the order has already been dispatched.

If a cancellation is approved after payment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires another method.

9. Returns and Refunds

Under our proposed policy, eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back. An authorized return address will be provided by support if a return is approved.

For voluntary returns not caused by our error or a product defect, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover applicable return costs or provide another lawful remedy.

We do not charge a restocking fee under the proposed policy.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days after refund approval, subject to any shorter deadline required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds after we initiate the refund.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges, where offered, are subject to availability, our return process, and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, we may process an exchange directly or ask you to complete a return and place a new order.

11. Reasonable Use and Fraud Prevention

We may take proportionate steps to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of store policies. Any action we take will be subject to applicable law and will not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other protected content are owned by us or used under authorization from the relevant rights holder. You may use the Site for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and other rights remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may depend on third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services to the extent permitted by law, but this does not limit any responsibility we may have under mandatory consumer law.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The actual storefront privacy configuration, cookies, analytics, advertising tools, and service-provider disclosures should be verified against the live Shopify configuration before publication.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every function will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site will apply from its stated effective date, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued in relation to an existing order where the law does not permit that result.
